Hidden in one of the beautiful streets of Le Marais is the vegan Cafe Ineko. It was designed by Francois Champsaur (known for the Hotel du Ministere) and is run by his partner Ines de Villeneuve (nicknamed Ineko, hence the name). They were inspired by the Mallorcan interior, which now brings a relaxed flair to the café. The large window front on the sloping ceiling, surrounded by industrial steel frames, provides daylight and vitamin D at all times. The dishes are also reminiscent of the Balearic Islands. Fresh, handmade and seasonal, here you can taste the serenity of the islanders.
