Behind the Winkler Brothers are the brothers Christian and Markus Winkler, who have been an unbeatable team for almost twenty years. Christian in the kitchen and Markus in the service. Now they are bringing a breath of fresh air to the traditional Auwirt inn in Aurach. More precisely, their mission is: home cooking for gourmets, i.e. Kirchbichler salmon trout meets white truffle foam. You can expect high-end bistro cuisine from the Winkler brothers, you definitely won’t go here for a plate of pasta in between meals, but they have nevertheless retained a certain relaxedness and that is what makes the restaurant so likeable. High standards, high quality and a feel-good atmosphere.
