Charlie Gulick is convinced that the raw food lifestyle is the only way to live a truly healthy life; a decision he made after staying at Hippocrates Health Institute. He went on to create a small family business centered on juicing, which now has four locations in San Francisco. All juices are made using a hydraulic press, which sustains the most important components of the foods. Furthermore, all juices are homemade and all ingredients are sourced locally. Charlie’s personal elixir, or powerjuice, is “Deep Green,” made with spinach, lemon, cucumber, celery, green kale and parsley!
