And that’s what makes the atmosphere so wonderfully charming. But it’s not only the atmosphere that attracts you to the Kle, but also the purely vegetable menu. Aguachile with red onions, kohlrabi and nut salad or salad hearts with pine nuts on poppy seed miso and beetroot dressing, to name just two of the heavenly good starters. By the way, behind the innovative concept is a complete career changer – the trained software engineer Zineb Hatte, also known as „Zizi“.
