Omoni means grandmother and accordingly the food here is prepared with a lot of love. Omoni is a small, unpretentious restaurant on Kopenhagener Straße and is almost always full. This is due to the exciting mix of Korean and Japanese cuisine, the excellent bowls and delicious teas like the Mogwa-cha with quince. All of this is enjoyed among lots of wood, rugs on the wall and Asian minimalism. A sushi must-eat, by the way, is the Copenhagen Roll with okra, asparagus, avocado, salmon, and black bean sauce.
