The history of the well-conserved old brewery starts 1889. In the center you’ll still find the brewery coppers. You might just as well compare the beer with the next-door brewery giant Paulaner like a Porsche with a Fiat. It is delicious, and whoever hasn’t found his or her most favorite beer can order the trio: bright, dark, or white. The best dish on the menu is the homemade aspic with roast potatoes and seed-oil. Especially nice is sitting in the library; the beer garden outside is rather urban than cozy.
