The former, so very popular restaurant Ticket has transformed into Teatro Kitchen and still the Iglesias brothers have the scepter in their hands here. Luckily! Many of the staff, including the chefs, have also been retained, keeping the fun and colorful décor and design, and the Michelin-starred tapas dishes, like the liquid olive or the air baguette with jamon ibérico, are still on the menu. In addition, there are some new and exciting dishes like the truffle ‚mollete‘, which is soft, warm and, like most of the dishes on the menu, incredibly delicious. Or the mini Pluma Ibérica steak burgers. But what hasn’t changed, of course – the waiting list. So it’s worth booking a table early at Teatro Kitchen, too.
