Located in the heart of the city, this contemporary boutique guest house consists of graceful Victorian townhouses, combining tradition, modernity and a splendid sense of comfort. Luxury bed and breakfast accommodation, the atmosphere is shaped by warm, friendly, almost familiar vibes, with a sprinkle of elegance. There are three different styled rooms: Couture, Bespoke and Tailored, all of which are lavish, spacious suits with luxurious bathrooms. The philosophy of 94DR can be described as a laid back, relaxed ambience, combining excellent service with unique, innovative design. This place is proud to be local, the idea was to create a small, warmhearted place with a lot of character – a space that highlights the beauty of Edinburgh. Front facing rooms offer panoramic views over Salisbury Craggs & Arthurs Seat, whereas rooms facing the back offer views overlooking the the gardens of the guest house & Peatland Hills. You can feel that this was a passion project – the walls are decorated with Scottish artwork, influenced by the Scottish roots of the owners, as well as their travels around the world. The rooms have a mixture of contemporary and traditional furniture, with subtle greys and lush fabrics. 94DR will provide you a wealth of knowledge that is hard to come across elsewhere.
