Ophelia is the Hotel Riva’s gourmet restaurant. It offers a damn good concept from head chef Dirk Hoberg: classic gourmet cuisine meets street food and it’s great fun! The team is young, serves with confidence and has an opinion. We particularly liked the cheeky sommelier Werner Hinze – the wines he selects are perfect and his patter is marvellous! The food is presented with a sophistication that has its own style: Playful yet flavourful and always surprising. What we really liked: Finger food from Lake Constance eel as a starter – simply delicious! The sardine with sardine ice cream is amazing.
