The Acetaia is an absolute Munich institution – the beautiful art nouveau restaurant has been around for 20 years. You are welcomed by an idyllic front garden, where you can dine in a romantic atmosphere in summer. Through an ivy-covered archway you enter the restaurant, where marble counters, sparkling crystal chandeliers, a beautiful mosaic floor and burgundy leather furniture characterise the décor. The menu is similarly exquisite. The creamy sheep’s cheese ravioli with butter, marjoram and aceto balsamico, which is drizzled over the pasta with an oversized pipette, is legendary and a must-order.
