Every Panino is a work of true passion. The guests at the small wine bar decide what direction theirs should go, and then Daniele sets off, asks again, thinks it over one more time, lays this and that on top of it, and then … simply delicious. The bottles of wine stand opened on the table. Most people simply go for a “panino with porchetta (grilled sucking pig)”. There is another rosticceria opposite with more grilled and fried delicacies.
