It is really a bit dangerous to indulge in Angelato’s treats. Once you have tried the wonderfully creamy and no too sweet ice cream, it will be difficult to find something comparable. The owners of Prague’s indisputably best ice cream parlor is a Serbian-Macedonian couple, who simply gets it all right: They use fresh high-quality produce like milk from Southern Bohemian farms and create surprising varieties apart from classics like Bourbon vanilla. The ones we won’t forget are: olive oil with salt crystals and rosemary or walnut with Parmesan. Be sure to try the sorbets as well!
