The mixture of plain tradition and carefully freshened up details is just perfect. You wouldn’t change a single thing. The buffet, with its traditional desserts and étagères filled with homemade biscuits, is a picturesque eye-catcher. There is a clear line to the cuisine that is consistent with the interior design. They are renowned for their risotto alla Milanese and bollito misto with salsa verde, and you won’t find a better “Osso Bucco” in the whole of Milan.
