Aux Bons Enfants has been around since 1935, a family business through and through. It feels like the restaurant has only recently had a telephone connection, but it still only accepts cash. The fourth generation also specialises in regional and French classics and attaches particular importance to the fact that all products come from producers they know. Fruit and vegetables are bought at the market in Forville, which is only one street away, and fish from small boats. The snails with parsley, petits farcis (stuffed vegetables), braised beef cheeks in the Nice style, the homemade gnocchi and the house dessert: rum baba with vanilla cream – delicious to die for!
