The Aux Pres in Saint-Germain is as Parisian a dream as you can imagine. The atmosphere here couldn’t be more nostalgic and retro. Incidentally, the restaurant was a must-visit meeting place of the Rive Gauche in the 1950s and was taken over by Cyril Lignac in 2011. Mirrored walls, floral wallpaper and the famous leather benches of “Claude Sainlouis” make the Aux Pres what it is. A great place to take a date for a romantic dinner or meet friends for cocktails at the marble bar. The menu invites you to travel, but always keeps one foot in France.
