The more casual and simple variant of the brewery inn is the Ayinger Brauerei Stübl directly opposite, which today also belongs to the Gasthof Hotel Aying. In the old vault, the banker sits next to the farmer – on simple wooden benches furnished with rural cushions, at polished tables, and in a lively mood. The restaurant serves hearty tavern cuisine with cold roast pork with fresh horseradish and pickled gherkins, goulash in beer with bread dumplings, fresh white sausages or very popular, the large schnitzel. On warm summer nights you can linger in the picturesque beer garden at large tables under the rustic chestnut trees.
