For a sundowner with cocktail classics, Ayung Terrace, part of the Four Season Resort, is one of the most spectacular addresses. Fragrant ylang-ylang blossoms, glittering sunrays shimmering through the trees like little diamonds, and in the distance you can sense the gentle splash of little tropical waterfalls… Whoever sits here wishes the sun would never set. But also the way into the open bar, which winds once around the whole building and is an overwhelming example of airy architecture, is worthwhile, over the bridge of the Ayung Flussess and past papaya and mango gardens as well as splendid rice fields.
