There is no other way to say it, the Baldovino Winebar is simply a charming place to inhale the atmosphere of Monopoli. The best time to pass by is in the early evening hours, where you can mix with the locals in the small square and enjoy one or the other wine or one of the carefully selected craft beers. The only drawback is that the bar only offers drinks, so you have to move on for dinner – although you could spend a whole evening here.
