It is like going on a trip to the southern French coastal town Bandol. They offer daily fresh bistro-classics, made to perfection, like fois gras with brioche, cassolet or coq a vin, which are updated daily in chalk on the slate walls. You have to make a reservation, because they only have four tables in this former kebab place. The interior is partly from the DDR-government, which gives the place an East-German flair. But the best seat is at the bar, where you can watch the cooks in their open kitchen. And before you’ll know it, it is twelve o’clock at night.
