Everyone in Zurich knows Dieter Meier, especially after the vintner and cattle baron opened a restaurant directly on the Paradeplatz. Of course he serves the finest Argentine beef from his own farm on the edge of the Andes. Even his homegrown wine, Ojo de Agua, comes from the same region. Nonetheless, guests should not expect a tango ambience or gaucho romanticism, but rather a Swiss tastefullness with white table cloths and red leather seating in soft twilight.
