The term “Bastible” stands for a cast iron pot, which in the 19th century formed the centre of every Irish household. In the Bastible it is still used today for the preparation of bread. The restaurant also attaches great importance to seasonal products and changes its menu depending on what is on offer. Chef Barry Fitzgerald conjures up delicious creations with high standards and a lot of imagination.
