Beijing 8 classifies its delicious organic dumplings as “slow fast food“. They are filled with duck and ginger or chicken, black beans and white cabbage and served with tasty varieties of tea or iced tea. The menu also offers two different soups, with tofu or meat, and Gong Bao Ji Ding, a Szechuan-style chicken dish with coriander and peanuts. The menu is simple and clear just like the design with its stacks of wooden steamers in the windows, concrete walls and simple wooden furniture.
