The Bergcafé Siglhof is a beautiful excursion cafe high above Bayrischzell, which can be reached in a half hour walk through a steep forest from there. If this is too exhausting for you, you can also drive directly from Osterhofen to the cafe. No matter which way you arrive in this idyll, all kinds of delicacies await you, whether a hearty snack and a cool half beer from the Schwaigerbräu, a caramelized Kaiserschmarrn or a fresh blueberry butter milk. But the absolute highlight is the view and the tranquillity that you can enjoy up here on the Hochkreuth plateau amidst mountain meadows with cows and free-range chickens.
