Chef Ori Menashe has a weakness for meat, which is why he often likes to pose with fresh ribs. He maintains his reputation in the trendy art ditrict in Downtown together with his wife and confectioner Genevieve Gergis. Surrounded by an industrial charm, which looses its bleakness with wood trip and cozy lighting, they serve Italian cuisine such as kale salad with pecorino and anchovies or tomatoes with oregano and candied lemons. For the pizza a sourdough which took years to perfect is used. Of course there are also spareribs, steaks, and porkchops with mandarin mustard. Aside from the food the place itself is an experience, visible from afar through the huge, carelessly painted Bestia on the façade.
