Julia and Alex have a great passion for good quality coffee and have thus made their life’s dream come true with Bhoch3, a small but fine plant-based barista bar. In the heart of Basel, they offer all kinds of coffee specialities, freshly squeezed juices and a delicious hot “Schoggi”, as the Swiss say. If you’re feeling peckish, there are also all kinds of healthy, vegan snacks, from overnight oats to energy balls, hearty soups or colourful rolls. It’s immediately clear that the emphasis here is on quality rather than quantity.
