Bingo is an enrichment for Munich and brings a breath of fresh air to the gastronomic scene. Because Bingo is not really Munich as it is stereotypically known. You could say that Bingo is more Berlin than Munich: unplastered walls, huge heads of salad that are served very simply but still taste original, all kinds of young hipsters, the sourdough bread and homemade butter are not missing, of course, and a caramelised popcorn is served with the espresso. But the Bingo team doesn’t just do appearances, they also perform when it comes to quality. The vegetables come from the Viktualienmarkt, the char from Lake Starnberg and yet a breeze of Côte d’Azur flies through the restaurant. Important tip – book early, the hype is great!
