When you enter Boulangerie Pinpin, you are more likely to think of a minimalist design shop than a bakery. Cool concrete walls, steel shelves and a deliberately minimalist presentation draw the eye to the essentials: the products. Bread and pastries are made by hand in the open bakery – visibly, authentically and with dedication. Flour-dusted sales assistants serve oven-fresh French classics such as the famous ‘Pinpin au Chocolat’, as well as new recipes such as savoury croissants with chicory. The quality is outstanding. The style is uncompromisingly modern. But watch out: Boulangerie Pinpin has interesting opening hours. If you want to be on the safe side, you should check in advance.
