Boulangerie Utopie is located in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. It is rather inconspicuous from the outside, but appearances are deceptive. This bakery has been voted the best address in France. Erwan and Sebastien made it happen. They met on the first day of their pâtisserie training and dreamed of opening their own business together one day. They succeeded in 2013 and have been reinterpreting the art of baking ever since. Croissant dough is moulded into flowers and decorated with pears, tarts are filled with rice pudding. Every week, the two come up with something new and see how it sells. They deliberately limit their range, true to the motto: better less, but really good. They process all the ingredients themselves and do not buy any ready-made products. The super-crusty sourdough baguette and, of course, the award-winning croissants are particularly popular. The dream of the two young bakers has come true.
