Brasserie Thi is a unique culinary blend – French meets Asian. Behind it are the brothers Thi and Vu, who already run the Vietnamese tapas restaurant TiVU. In their new restaurant, they enchant guests with French-Asian fusion cuisine. For those who still can’t imagine what this means – not surprisingly – here’s a little teaser: how about grilled lobster with saffron-miso mayo or a créme brulée with nashi pear? All we can say is, the cuisine definitely packs a punch. A fresh variety, plus a beautiful ambience and exceptionally friendly service.
