Buena Vista Park borders on the famous hippie quarter Haight-Ashbury and Buena Vista Heights. It is the oldest park in San Francisco, with trees so high you won’t find many like them in other parts of town. Looking through their trunks you can enjoy wonderful views on Bay Area and Golden Gate Bridge, which are of course most spectacular from the top of the hill.
