Burgermeester has the best burgers in Amsterdam. Gourmet-burgers with local meat and bread at fair prices and in an unspectacular diner atmosphere. The meat patties are moulded by hand fresh to order, while the sauces are all home made on-site. Burgermeester classics are the Meester Beef Burger with grilled vegetables and “Dragonmayo”, and the Biefburger Royal with truffled egg and pancetta. There’s even something for vegetarians: a delicious creation of goats cheese, caramelized apple and port wine. Especially creative is the fact that on the menu cards customers can propose their dream burger by crossing the preferred type of meat, the additions and the sauce.
