If you’re looking for a Nordic-style barrista coffee in Puglia, you’ll find it at Burro Café. Although the owners Alessio Manca and Antonella Tancredi are from Ostuni, they have a close connection to Berlin, otherwise it would be hard to find a café in this style here. It is a wonderful example of how modern interiors can be beautifully emphasised with local architecture. The coffee is on point, the sourdough bread with ham and cheese could be even better with less but better ham. The bread was very good. It’s finally a place where you want to stay a little longer and where you can hope for more.
