Here you’ll find a contemporary presentation of chocolate in all, absolutely all, its flavours. The Colección N 8 -Innovaciones Gastromicas – offers a selection of savoury / hot pralines – parmesan, olive and anchovies. These require some getting used to, but the combinations with balsam vinegar and black truffle taste very good. The modern see-through packaging is most innovative although the crinkling of tinfoil shall probably always hold its fascination. You can try a chocolate or have a starter at the bar. Nice souvenirs.
