All roads lead into the heart of Salzburg, into the Café Bazar! You can never get enough of this place, it is so beautifully traditional and unchanged. A sunny morning begins beautifully with an apricot roll or with eggs in a glass on the wonderful summer terrace. The view over the Salzach to the other side of the river is so magnificent that one would like to stop by for a cup of Melange in between. The classics are recommended for culinary snacks: Beef soup with pancakes or gratinated ham patties or homemade curd cheese strudel.
