If you want to eat really well and in a relaxed atmosphere, you’ll love Café Binnenvisser. It’s a special place with a great atmosphere. The café is located in a former ‘Stamkroeg’ and has retained all of its historic charm: old wooden chairs, creaky floorboards, huge, ornate windows that can be pushed up from the floor when the weather is good. There is both à la carte and set menus – with a refreshing range of creative vegetarian delicacies. The plates are lovingly arranged, colourful and with great attention to detail. The menu changes every week and there are new surprises. The three owners come from the music scene – old-school hip hop, soul and funk play in the background, and by the weekend at the latest, the party atmosphere is guaranteed. The long bar is a wonderful place to dine and chat. A real highlight!
