Can Mel is inconspicuously located in the middle of the small town of Cas Concos. There are a few tables on the street, a dining room and a large, idyllic garden at the back. It is always packed, which is no wonder. The food is fantastic. Perfect potato pancakes with salmon, fine tartare and, above all, an impressive selection of sushi. These are hard to beat. Some spicy, some vegetarian, all originally composed and unbelievably delicious. Add to that an extremely relaxed atmosphere, hustle and bustle, but not too loud, nice people, great staff, great wines. Definitely our favourite restaurant in this beautiful corner of the island.
Those who want to enjoy this divine Japanese-Mediterranean cuisine every day would be best advised to move in immediately. Can Mel is also a small hotel.
