At Cañete, Spanish cuisine is celebrated like there’s no tomorrow. The tapas selection is sophisticatedly good, with a particular emphasis on fish and seafood. Everything is totally fresh and sourced from the Catalan fish markets in the area. The service is incredibly professional and humorous to boot. Cañete is a wonderful place to enjoy the classics of Spanish cuisine and be looked after by a team that visibly enjoys their work. And as is often the case, it’s worth choosing a seat at the counter to watch the chefs. All in all, a real spectacle! However, we don’t hide the fact that the spectacle also has its price.
