Canvas im Volks Hotel

The Canvas in the Volks Hotel in the south is the hipster mecca with affordable rooms, co-working units and events such as yoga or swimming pool sessions. On top of the roof is the Canvas, a restaurant, club and simply Chill Out Zone. First of all, one has to mention the breathtaking view that we find spectacular, whether at breakfast with rising sun, lunch or dinner and cocktail with starry sky.
The interior is modern and rustic, with industrial design, 60s design classics and casual trash. Sandwiches, Eggs, salads and soups are offered for lunch, as well as a few warm dishes such as Veggie Burger, Flammkuchen or Three Shrimps Cocktail. For dinner there is lamb, chicken or fish modernly interpreted with chutneys, carrot cream or a bread casserole.
