Owner and cook Paulo Pucci cooks his guests with the secret recipes of his grandmother Dina and his mother Leda. Only regional and seasonal ingredients end up in the cooking pots. The sage leaves filled with anchovy paste are an absolute dream, but the casserole of green tomatoes and grapes typical of Tuscany in autumn is also simply heavenly. For all those who love classics – the Ragú alla Bolognese and the thick noodles served with it couldn’t be better. A great address to indulge yourself culinary simply but well!
