Cuore di Vetro is famous for its homemade ice cream. The ‘heart of glass’ – as it is called in English – offers up to 16 different flavours of ice cream every day, which change according to the season and the availability of ingredients. High-quality raw materials are produced in the glass factory directly on site, for everyone to see. The selection ranges from classic flavours such as pistachio and hazelnut to extraordinary creations such as liquorice ice cream with Himalayan salt or the popular flavour ‘Still Smiling’ made from ricotta, goat’s milk and caramelised figs. Cuore di Vetro is known for using natural and regional organic ingredients: The milk used for the cream ice cream comes from local farmers, while the sorbets are made exclusively from fresh fruit and often have a fruit content of 50-70%. The vegan sorbets, including flavours such as almond or cocoa, are particularly popular with guests. For those who don’t like ice cream, there are great homemade cakes and coffee. And even seats, inside and outside.
