Situated on the way to Prato, and by car it is 10 minutes from the city centre. Like many trattorias it is only open at midday and full to the rafters with business people as well as normal people from the neighbourhood. There is “bistecca fiorentina”, “bollito misto” (cooked meat), “roast beef” and many simple Tuscan pasta dishes. The owner not only has an unbelievable presence but a sense of humour as well, with which he manages to create that extra something, making these one-off places so special.
