The Dabbanna brings a wonderful fresh wind to Modica. Compared to the usual Sicilian trattorias it is bright and modern and the beautiful thing is, the Dabbanna is also a classic family affair and this already in the third generation. In the kitchen is grandfather Stefano, behind the counter Papa Marcello and in the service daughter Angela. With a lot of heart and soul, a feeling for creative, innovative and yet classic Sicilian cuisine, the three of them run the shop.
