Around the Spanish stairs, one has to pay attention to the quality of the restaurants, as here, one is rather focused on the quick handling of tourists. Therefore, it is all the more nice that there are also such restaurants as the Dilla. Very tasteful and at the same time very stylishly furnished with a nice tiled floor and an old wooden ceiling, the staff is attentive and friendly and especially the food is excellent. Lots of pasta, but also burgers and very good wine recommendations. Those who come here have to bring some time with them, the food is really freshly prepared and the main course can take some time. The prices are reasonable, but certainly in the higher category. One should definitely make a reservation.
