Ditta Artigianale is an institution in Florence. The branch in the Oltrarno district is located near Piazza della Passera, about 2 minutes from Ponte Vecchio. Behind the concept is Francesco, who believes that the Italian coffee culture has stagnated. He is not interested in replacing the morning espresso at the coffee bar, but in spending time with a friend over an innovative filter coffee. So Ditta Artigianale is anything but the stereotypical Italian coffee bar. Here, the Third Coffee Wave is the center of attention and the menu includes Avo Toast, Croque Monsieur and Lobster Rolls. A great modern interpretation.
