Doctor Mat is in Stockholm the epitome of healthy food. The locals love the small restaurant for its uncomplicated atmosphere – either you put together one of the healthy lunch boxes to take away or you take a seat at one of the high tables and eat locally. Doctor Mat is simply the perfect healthy address for the small hunger between meals. The owner, Jessica Leroux, studied abroad and in the star restaurant Matbaren of the foodie luminary Mathias Dahlgren and quickly noticed that healthy eating is the be-all and end-all today. Their philosophy is: “What we eat affects how we feel”. And the lunch boxes not only look healthy and colourful, they also taste good. And for dessert there are homemade ginger shots!
