Originally, the Dopolavoro had been established so that the farmers on La Foce had a meeting place. People came to drink a glass of wine in the shade of the lemon trees. But then the Origo family decided to run the restaurant again. It got a new look and a new menu. And what can you say? The food – divine. Chef Paolo Anelli reinvents all traditional Tuscan dishes. He consciously cooks with the best regional ingredients and emphasizes their aromas with the delicious olive oil of La Foce. Vegetables, fruit and herbs come from Dopolavoro’s own gardens, bread and pasta are freshly made by hand. And on the wine list you will find the best wineries of the area.
