The Futurium is the centre for shaping the future in Berlin’s government district. It is open to all who have a desire for the future. The unique building houses an exhibition with vivid scenarios, a hands-on laboratory for trying things out and an event forum as a place for dialogue. A great place for exciting discussions, creative workshops and visionary ideas. The absolute highlight is the Futurium Lab. Here anyone can pick up objects that will shape our future – new technologies such as 3D printers and laser cutters. You can also try out in the test kitchen whether insects will be our food of tomorrow, program software during a hackathon or test surprising prototypes. In the Futurium, everyone is invited to join in, with or without previous knowledge.
