Alberta Pane is an impressive gallery housed in a former carpentry workshop in Dorsoduro, which has been transformed into an impressive exhibition space. Founded in 2017, the gallery specialises in contemporary art by Italian and international artists. Alberta Pane wanted to create a place capable of producing culture to connect with the city and its inhabitants not only through experimental and high-quality exhibitions, but also through workshops, meetings, discussions and art research. As an international space that is still in development, Galleria Alberta Pane is an energetic place for the exchange of opinions – something that has never existed in Venice before. In addition to the location in Venice, there is also a branch in Paris, in a gleaming white cube in the Marais.
