What makes the Kornmesser inn on the central Kornmarkt in Bregenz different from a classic inn is the sense of the boss Michael Salzgeber for art – he also uses his restaurant as a kind of gallery. The cuisine is based on tradition and refined with Mediterranean influences – a veal escalope with porcini mushroom risotto, for example.
