One should not step foot in this bar without having been warned. The Gimlet has the potential for obsession! Especially if one finds a seat at the bar and can catch a glimpse of the mix: three parts Bombay Gin and one part Rosé Lime served on ice, of course, but shaken not stirred because even Barcelona has a little bit of James Bond in it. Naturally, tapas are also served. In combination with the classical-modern furnishings the bar extends an invitation for hours-long conversations and relaxed indulgences. The bar is a favorite among the 35 and over generation.
